Returns and Credit items
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. please call Customer Service at 888-602-3123 for return instructions prior to returning items. We will replace the product, issue a credit on product only, or offer a refund for the product within a 30-day period, and with a 20% restocking fee.

All custom orders or imprinted products are excluded. Authorized returns must be sent to us prepaid, in the original cartons.

Damaged Items
Upon receipt of items, if damage exists, please do the following:
1.) Retain the original shipping cartons.
2.) Contact our customer service department. We will re-ship your order at no charge, and file a claim with the delivery carrier.
